Fellowship Opportunities
Youth Group
Available for students in grades 6th - 12th, our mission is helping youth to discover, experience, and know the love and presence of Jesus Christ.
Sunday School
Our Sunday morning hour is called Sunday morning 'live' with Jesus. This is an hour to know Christ, to become like Christ, and to share Christ. We offer the following class ranges:
- Preschool to first grade
- Second through fourth grade
- Fifth through seventh grade
- Adults
If you want to discover, experience, and know the love of Jesus Christ please visit one of our classes at 10:45 AM on Sunday following the worship service.

United WOMEN in faith
Want to grow your faith and connect with your sisters in Christ? This group is a community of Lakewood women who engage in fellowship, discussion, and prayer. All women of the church, no matter your age, are invited to join. If interested in getting involved, please contact Debbie Bisbee.
men's Group
The Men's Group is community of Lakewood men who engage in fellowship, discussion, and prayer. The group also provides services to the church, its members, and the surrounding community. Please check the church calendar for upcoming events.
Scouting
Thinking about joining scouts? Lakewood United Methodist Church currently charters a BSA Boy Troop and Cub Scouts Pack. For more information, please view the scouting page.
Fellowship Cafe
Lakewood's Fellowship Cafe is held the first Saturday evening of each month. The cafe is a time to listen to live music and engage in fellowship and worship with other followers of Christ. Please view the activity calendar to see when the next Fellowship Cafe is scheduled.
VBS
Camp Firelight, VBS 2024, welcomed 15 campers who explored timeless bible stories that showed each camper how to put their trust in God even in the face of their own fears.

Prayer Group
The Wednesday evening prayer group meets at 6:30 p.m. until
usually about 8:00 p.m. in the Library. Lisa Medina is the
